Oe it enacted hy the people of the state of Oklahoma: Section 1 Fur educational purpn'cs, and in furtherance of the utility of agriculture, and to encourage industry among the school children of the stale, there shall he held annually at each tehonl house in the statcof Oklahoma, not Included within cities of the II rut class, a poultry show dining the week commencing with ihu Ian .Monday or November of each year, ami an egg show during the week commencing with the last Monday of .In unary of each year, and the county superintcn dent of public instruction in each county, and the various olllcers or each school district, and the teacher at each school house, are hereby directed toco-operate in the holding of said annual school poultry and egg shows, and in aid of such annual school poultry and egg shown, the hoard of olllcers of each respective, school dis trict are hereby authorized nod directed to expend of the fund or funds of each school district not less than live dollars (lfi.00) nor more than inn dollars if HUM) for each of said shows.
