The meeting was called to order by Roscoe Illzley. county chairman, and the call was rend, Thos. P. Hraldwood was county secretary Temporary officers wcro chosen as follows: Itoseoo Rlzley, temporary chairman; .Miss Maude O. Thomas, temporary secretary, and commlttocs wore appointed. We emphatically declare against tho In competency and extravagunce that has marked tho administration of tho Democratic party for the last eight years and bo declare In favor of the strictest economy and good businets judgment in tho management of tho affairs of the nation, the statu, the counties, cities and towns. Wo hereby decline that this Is n representative form of government and no one man Is big enough to be autocrat of the policies and dextluy of this great nation. Wo hereby commend the courto of the United States senate, In their defense of tho Independence of this country.
