In Mr, Walton's anxiety and en deavor to nttract voters to his banner and stop tho flood of demo crats that Is pouring Into tho John Fields camp he has entirely lost sight of tho Oklahoma City platform and seldom makes rofcr onco of any kind to tho Shawnco platform, further than to stato that he Is still running along on it at a pace that does not register on his spedometer. His platform dur ing the past fow days seems to bo "whiskers" and "dudo clothes." John Fields remains firm on his platform and lets the voters know that he stands on every plank and board In It; that he favors making good eory dollar lost by depositors In stato banks; that ho will seo that tenant farmors get school land money at a low rnto of Interest, In their efforts to own homes of their own, that tho stato Bhall furnish free text books to tho schools of tho stato; that he will give four years of business administration and pays no atten tion at all to whether his op ponent has a clean shavo, wears patched pants or uses a hickory limb .for a walking stick. John's platform Is built for permanency and ho Is not afraid to put his entire weight upon It. There Is no word or sentence In Fields' plat form that ho is ashamed or afraid to bo shown In tho light of day and ho does not have to dodge issues to stand on it. If you have heard Mr. Walton speak you know tho difference between tho two can didates. Walton Is "Jazzy," Flolds Is business. Which do you prefer? Tho burden of taxation In Okla homa Is too heavy, Relief Is need ed for the prosperity of tho peo plo of the state. John Fields Is pledged to give such relief. Jack Walton's program Is to mortgage tho property of tho stato which Includes overybody for sums suffi cient to put tho stato Into tho business of banking, houso build ing, farm buying, mill nnd eleva tor building, oil tank building, "and the like," every cent of which must bo paid, with interest, by tho tax payers. Keep In mind, folks, that thcsejiugo businesses will bo under tho direction of a bunch of politi cians whoso only qualification need bo their devotion to the Interests of Jack Walton.
