a good book for the teachor to
have for this purpose. It is not
necessary as yet to have a separ
ate recitation on this subject.;

tally in connection with other rec
itations.
GEOGRAPHY.
The instruction in geography at
this stage should bo oral. The
pipilh should learn something
about their imninediate surround
ings, their county and State be.
