Col. 11. C. Davis was then rcqtuested
to take the chair, as president. On
taking the chair he thanked the men
bers for the honor conferred on him,
and made a few remarks in vindication
of the reginettt, con cludingby saying
that lie wanted to see a reorganization oft
tho entire regiment, and paid a hand
somne compliment to the youthful Col.
Frank Clyburn, of Lancaster county.
A conmittee of two was appointed
to enroll the names of all survivors
who were present, and the enro llnent r
wits made accordingly.
