Kleptomania.
On Saturday night a colored man
named Casar Juynes lock a fancy to a
hat and as Messrs. T Kohn &Bro. have
a select assortment of that article, and
wanting to get one cheap,in fact for noth
ing and thinking that no eyes were look
ing, took one and tried to escape, but the
vigilant eyes of our efficient town marshal
saw that something wa? wrong; and he
went for that man, making quick work
of overhauling him?it ended in Ctcsar
being sent to jail for thirty days and the
hat being returned.
