The sixth annual report of the
National Live Stock Association
has been received. It is a hand
some volume of nearly 500 pages
and a fit addition in more ways
than one to finy stockman's libra
ry. The pares tell the story of
the years work by the officers of
the association and also contain
the proceeding's of the sixth an
nual convention, which was held
in Kansas 4;ity, Jan. 13 to 16,
19-3. The accomplishments of
this association especially in the
way of national legislation,
shows the power it wields for the
good of its membership as well
as for the public. The report is
distributed free to the members,
and a limited number can be ob
tained by stockmen who are in
terested in the work of the asso
ciation by remitting 25 cents to
C. F. Martin, secretary, Denver,
