The Board of Supervisors of Apache County, Arizorra, met this 1st day of October, 1906, in regular session for' the transac tion of County business.' Present Isaac Tsaacson, Chairman, N Gonzalcs and J. R. Annijo, mem bens, Jesus Peralta, Clerk by Manuel Ruiz, deputy. The Board of Supervisors of said County then proceeded to examine the report of B. .Schuster, Treasurer and E Ofticio lax collector for the quarter ending Sept. 30th, 1906. anil alter fully checking said report and all vouchers, find the ;same correct and duly approved and duly filed, said report being as follows, to wit:- ' Receipts. Houe Supt. of schools were examined, found eorrect and duly approved and reports and vouchers duly filed. Comes now C. W. Williams and presents to the Board 6 wolves hides and bear scalp attached to the scalps and supported by affidavits that the said animals had been killed in A.pache Coun ty, whereupon the board allowed the said C. W. Williams, bounty on said animals thenm of $130. 00 payable out of the expense fund. The. Board of Supervisors then allowed E. R. DeWitt bounty on 1 coyote and 1 wild cat hide the sum of $2.0a payable out of the expense fu .1. The Board then adjourned .until tomorrow . morning, at 10 o'clock 4. "M. Qctobor 2,906. Present, Isaac Isaacson, Chairman, N. Gonzales and J. R. Armijo members, Jesus Peralta, Clerk, by Manuel Ruiz, Deputy. Minutes of the 1st day of Oct ober, 1906 read and duly approv ed. It appearing: to the Board that Frank Wiltbank had failed and neglected to pay the yearly rental on his lease for school section 36, Township 8, range 29, con tain ing 640 acres, it is now order ed by the Board of Supervisors, that said lease be, and the same is hereby cancelled. And now comes Jose J. Baca, and filed his application to lease the above land for the term of 5 years whereupon it .was; ordered by the Board of Supervisors, that the application of said Jose J. Baca, be and the same is hereby gran ted and chairman and clerk are. hereby instructed to execute a lease, to the said J. J. Baca, for 1 thp a hove land for the term of 5 years at a yearly rental of 20 per annum payable in advance. J. L. Hulsey of Springerville Apache County, Arizona, filed his application to lease school section 16, township 7, range 30 east, containing 640 acres and ir , appearing to the Board that said land is vacant and subiect to lease, it was ordered by the Board that said application be and the same is hereby granted and the chairman and 'clerk of this Board are instructed to ex ecute a lease to the said John- L. Hulsey for the term of 5 years a a yearly rental of S20 payable in advance. f ? - 1; In the matter' of the applica tion of George H. Crosby, jr. to lease school section 36, township 9, range 30 east, comes 011 for hearing and it being shown to the Board that said land was vacant grazing land, the board of supervisors duly granted said application and the chairman and clerk of this Board is ordered to execute a lease to the said George H. Crosby Jr. for trie , term of 5 years at a yearly rental of 10 pavable in advance. The application of Henry Harless to lease school section 16, township 10, range 29, comes otf for hearing and said land bein vacant and no improvements tto er.epn . i t was ordered .b v 7 .the Board of .Supervisors of Apacha County, that said application be and the same is hereby granted and the ohairmau and clerk of -this board are ordered to execute a lease to the said Ileñrv Har less for the term of 5 years at a s yearly rental of $14 per annum payable in advance. The application of A. i). Hen ning asking a lease to school section 36, township 20, range 25. comes on for hearing arid there being no occupant or owner of improvements and said land, application was by the Board . dnly granted and a lease was ordered to be executed to the said &. E. Henning by the chair man and clerk of the Board at a: yearly rental of $12 per annum V payable in advance. i The report of Francisco Baca, road overseer of El Tule District, Frank Day, road overseer of Eagar district, J. J1. Sanchez road overseer Springervi lie road district, and Erminio Garcia road overseer of St. Johns Road district were examined, found -correct and duly approved and the Board of Snpervisors allowed the said road overseers the fol lowing amounts payable out of the road fund, to wit:- Francisco Baca, Frank Day, J.
