staff. but it is not yet. known
the sum which ourchased the:
valuable holdings oT Mr, Gib-

Mr. Gibbons will probably
retirfe to a life of leisure and
other capital and labor will
enptinue to develop these
land and other boxs drive
the cattle over those rich
grazing lands. .
It has been whispered that
Don David Ortegaand Bab
bitt Brothers are on the eTe
of a deal whereby Mr. Or
tega will receive the. coin for
his flocks and ranches and
then Concho may lose one of
her most prosperous sheep
men. We hope if Mr. Ortega
sells he. will ipvesrhis money
