NWiSEi, Section 33, Township 10-N.,
Range 25-E., G. S. & R. B. & Meridian,
has filed notice of intention to make
Three Year Proof, to establish claim to
the land above described, before George
E. Waite, Clerk of the Superor Court,
at St. Johns, Arizona, on the 13th day
of January, 1923.

Notice is herehy eiven that Redolfo
Pena has filed in this Court a certain
document purporting to be thelast Will
and Testament of Perfecto Pena, to
gether with his petition praying that
said document be admitted to probate
in this Court as the last Will and Testa
ment of said Perfecto Pena who, said
petitioner alleges, is deceased, and that
letters testamentary issue theron to
said1 petitioner, and that same will be
heard on Saturday the 23rd, day of
December A. D. 1922, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon of said day, at the court
room of said Court, in the Court House,
in the town of St Johns County of
Apache State of Arizona, and all persons
interested in said estate are notified
then and there to appear and show
cause, if any they have, why the prayer
of said petitioner should not be granted.
