Daly is described as a. man ap
parently 50 years of age, although
several years younger, about C feet
in height, round face, slightly pock
marked, sandy complexion and
moustache, blue eyes, weight about
190 pounds, scar on foot made by
pistol shot, also scar across neck
made by pistol shot, talks with a
strong Welsh accent.
