The order and resolution levying as
sessmciit 2o. 1 has been rescinded,
vacated aud get aside by an order of
the Board of Directors made on the
I'Jtu day of January, 1591, and no
further steps will bo "talen to collect
the same. The Secretary has been
directed to refund all moneys paid on
account of said assessment No. 1 to
the holders of the certificates of stool
on which said moneys hae been paid,
on demand, and preeuutiou of said
certificates.
