about the 12th day of Decem
ber A. D. 1S90 N. H. Robin
son and John Brideer were
ruthlessly murdered near the
line between Mexico and Ari
zona, in the county of Cochise
this Territory, and
Wheheas It appears from
the evidences of reliable wit
nesses and the report of the
Coroners nquest held upon
the bodies of said Robinson
and Bridger in the
Tombstone on the
City of
15th day
of December iStjo, that the
murders were committed by
hostile Indian renegades who
arc absent without leave from
their reservation.

of Arizona, by virt ue of
the power and authority within
me vested, do hereby ofler a
