Struck by an automobile, James
McVeagb, well known resident of
Tempe was badly iojured. McVeagb

have been instantly killed, the buggy
demolished and McVeagb badly,

Over 1C0O Navajo Indians attended
a dance at Hoeke'e hogan, eleven
miles west of Keams canyon rec-ntly.
The dance is called the ' Yay-bi chy"
and was held because of a bad dream
of one Hotke.wbo dreamed tbat a
big rattlesnake crawled into the bogan
