Joe Brown, for twenty-four years
a resident of Arizona and a resident

Mr Guthr.o is a graduate of Union
College and Yale University. He ha

Forest for tbe past fivo years. The
new post is considered the most im
portant of tba national forests of tbe
southwest. Forort Examiner Frederic
Winn will sneceed to the charce of the
Apache National Forest by promotion.
Mr Winn graduated from Rutgers
