The commonwealth is uotfyctthrough with its testimony. Mr. Berry was tried on this same charge several terms ago, and the jury stood eight for acquittal and four for conviction. The general opinion seems to be that this trial will result in hung jury or acquittal. DEATH OF AN INFANT. Mario Schroth, aged about 7 months, the daughter of J.
