Conductor Masters Accident
Conductor Herman Masters of the
northbound freight Tuesday after
noon had his right arm crushed be
tween the bumpers of two freight
cars while he was attempting to
straighten out the kink in the chain
connection
Masters thought he had time to
oe
straighten out the chain before the
cars came together but miscalcula
ted the time Doctors Wilson and
Utley dressed the injured arm and
Masters was hurried to the railway
hospital in a special making the trip
of 120 miles in 2 hours and 25 min
utes
When Conductor Masters arrived
in the Ancient City his arm was swell
ed to double its normal size Fortu
nately no bones were broken only
the flesh being bruised and the tissues
torn The patient is progressing
very favorably and resting well

of Cocoa and Titusville at this place yes
terday ended in a refusal of the Cocoa i
