the Citv of Astoria, Clatsop County, Oregon, and which Ordinance passed the
Common Council of said city on the lOtli day of October, 1883, and was approved
on the 11th day of October, 188.", for the proposed improvement of TVest-Eighth
street, in the Citv of Astoria, as laid out and recorded byJohnM.Shively,fromthe
south side ofwatcr street to the south side of Cedar street in the manner pro
vided hv Ordinance No. 507 of the City ot Astoria, and which Ordinance passed
the Common Council of said city on the 23d day of October, 1883, and was
