ARCHITECTS AND BTTILDEE5 should not fail tc
examine this flooring, as it is better and cheaper than any
thin in ue. The miterta! forms a hard nd smooth sur
face that will resist the action of the atmosphere In every
climate. It is Impervious to water, elastic, and flexible.
It contracts and expands wi'h the changes of tlie a'raos
phere, and will neither r valerate, crack nor rot; and, as to
Its durahili'y, there 'S no quetion.
It is practically imperishable, and will perfectfully resist
any ordinary external exposure to Ore, as is abundantly
proved, and we will warrant It wster-proof. We will en
gai? lo put our Hoofing on over ordinary good heathing,
old shingles, tar and gravel, tin, line, copper, or Iron roofs
It making no difference how sb-ep or flat they may be
for seven dollars p-r one hundred square feet; it being far
cheaper than any Roof of the old style, and we are sure it
will t.ive better satisfaction.
It will also be fonnd to be the best rnl- p ever Invent 1 to
cover or mend old leaky tin, tar and gravel rocfi.or around
chimneys, scuttles, dormar windows, and putters, where the
tin is run J through. This Cement can be put on to last
as long as stone, and form a perfect adhesion to any ob
ject to which it is appl'trd Tin Roofs can be painted over
(aad warranted not o letk) at two d liars and fifty cenU
per hundred square feel, which Is cheaper and much bet
ter than ptint. This Hoofing will be found to be the best
them; for covering larp-e Roofs where thev are txposed to
fir such as Steam Mills, Kaw Mi'ls, Ksetories, iUilroad
Cars, ISridges, Depots, Station !oues, PteamnoHt Decks,
and. In fart, ef-rj kind ol Roof where there is an external
exposure from Are. As thettoofia perfect, without a Joint
i n it, it presents n chance for Ore to com-nunicate, and an
ligh' ruhtianca will burn out without Igniting.

ings with Koofs oovrred 1th this Cement, at the same

with diree'lon for using.
