gaged iu tusking the connection to the Reservoirs
which, when completed, will enable us to test
the pipe by letting ti.e water on previous to cover

to the connection on Lindsley Avenue, we can go
on laying pipe to Market street, ss we hve thret
fourths of the ditch now opened to that poiut, with
a sufficient quantity of pipe to resch that locality;
which I think can be done by the 1st of October.
The remaining portion of the toute wili be atteuded

than two-thirds done. I think we can complete
