n.nies. and the public to examine Us superiority over other
ARCHITECTS AND BUILDERS should not fail to
examine this Rooting, It is Deuer n"i'
thing in ue. The rate.ial forms a hard and smooth ur
face that will resist the action of the atmosphere In every
climate. It is Impervious to water, elast.o. and flexible.
It contracts and expands wi'h the changes of tl.e I'moi
phere, and will neither evaporate.crack nor rot; and, as to
Its durability, there is no queitlon.
It is practically imperishable, and will perfectfully resist
any ordinary eateroal exposure to fire, as is sbuudanUy
proved, and we will warrant It water-proof. We will en
gage to put our Roofing on over ordinary good heathing,
old shinies, tar and gravel, tin, ainc, copper, or iron roof.
It making no difference how steep or flat Lhey may be
for seven dollars per one hundred square feet; it being far
cheaper than any Roof of the old style, and we are sure it
will ive better satisfaction.
It will also be found to be the best tnlng ever invente I to
cover or mend old leaky tin, tar and gravel rooN, or around
chimneys, scuttles, dormar windows, and gutters, here the
tin is rusted through. This Cement can be put on to last
as long as stone, and form a perfect adhesion to any ob
ject to which It is applid. Tin Roof can be Pf nted over
(and warranted not to lek) at two d liars and fifty cent'
per hundred square feet, which is cheaper and much het
ts.r than paint. This Roofing will be found to be the best
theng for covering large Koofs where they are exposed to
Br such as Steam Mills, tiaw Mills, Ksctories, Ruilroad
Cars, ltridk-es. Depots. Kation Hounes, Steamoot Decks,
and in fact every kind ot Roof where there is an external
exposure from nrs. As the Koofla perfect, without a Joint
n It. it presenm n chance for fire to communicate, and any
Ight sub'tance win Durn oui wiuim.ui.i.
