The following Road Petitions were approved:
One mile of section line between Sec. 24 and Sec. 13. Extending from
NW coiner of Sec. 19, W to the N E corner of Seer 23, commonly known
as the line from D. W. Cobb's W. to Howards.
(21 toad crossing over the M. K. & T. Ry Road, at a point about
one fomth mile South of the present crossing at Wausetta on Section
line
The following Road petitions were disapproved.
UiTiniiing at the Northeast corner of section 15 Township 7 south
Raiipe 11 Ran and running north between sections 10 and 11 and continuum-
ninth between captions 2 and three (3) to Bankhcad Highway, a
distance of two miles.
Tin following agreement was disapproved:

The following protest to road petition wos approved:

Motion made by Ben Hultsman and seconded by W. L. Rambo that
the lepoit of the appraisers to the District Court on valuation of Right of
waj f ) ledeial aid project No. 41 and Federal aid project No. 5 be ap
proved a lcmleied. Motion carried. '
