of County Commissioners, party of the first part and L. Varner Stinson,

office of County Engineer in accordance with the requirements of Chap
iter 74, Session laws of 1921.
For and in consideration of the services to be performed by nartv

day together with all actual and necessary expenses incurred by the party

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners in regular session
realize that a period of depression has come upon the people of Bryan
County and that the expenses of the County Bhould be out as low os pos
sible in an effore to keep taxes as low ns possible, and
WHEREAS, The County Commissioners wish to do all In their pow
er to lessen the running expenses of the county and to do their part in
lowering the taxes of the county.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the said Board of
County Commissioners that it be recommended to each County Officer to
assist to and have some part in this work and that they be requested

rant was lost in the mail, and a sufficient indemnity bond having been fil-
