The Easy Running Empire
It is now almost a year since we established a branch house at.Portland, in order to be able to supply the demand for the
EMPIRE CREAM SEPARATOR on the Pacific Coast.
We have endeavored to fill orders promptly, and thereby please our customers. Our trade has far exceeded our expecta-•
tions, which goes to show how well the Easy Running EMPIRE can please. - |
We wish to thank.all the users of the EMPIRE for their liberal patronage, and extend a special invitation to all others inter
ested in Cream Separators to thoroughly examine the EMPIRE before purchasing.
The accompanying cut shows three principal features that please the users of the EMPIRE. The cut on the right is the upper
or neck-bearing for the bowl spindle, and is the only

feature, which enables one to have the crank in the most desirable position when starting the machine, and when the crank is
released all the gearing stops running, avoiding unnecessary wear. j
