Each lady Present is to appear wearing a ribbon bow upon her shoulder; and will also hand in an envelope containing a bit of the ribbon with her name upon it. Each Gentleman will obtain one of theso envelopes, and will then, of course, make a bee line for the lady wearing the ribbon matching the piece he got. When the lady is found the rest will do itself. Charlie Coulter, who is editor and foreman of the Merrill Visitor, is spending a few days with his father in Mrs. J. B. Paisley and daughter Hazel and Mrs. Grant Ilolden and son Rex were Port Huron visitors Wednes day. Mrs. W. Loney and daughter Fern, of Evergreen, are visiting with their uncle and aunt, James Ilolden and wife. II. II. Ilolden and family, of Port Huron came up Wednesday evening and remained with friends over Thanksgiving. J. H. High and wife have been en joying a yisit from their nephew, Fred erick Maesland, who resides at South Middleton, Ont. W. D. Minnie Merigold and Bessie Camp bell, of Port Huron, spent their Thanksgiving holiday in Yale, the guests of Jessie Merigold. Henry Menzies, brother of the pub lisher of this paper, and whose home is in Detroit, dropped into Yale for a visit and his share of the turkey yester day. Ebcr Harnden was at Brown City Thursday. His wife who visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Berger, at Brown City, for two weeks past re turned home last week. George Zuelch, the enterprising merchant of Fargo, and good-natured and obliging clerk of Greenwood town ship, was a pleasant caller at The Ex positor office last Saturday. Emma Ilolden is home from Durand where she has been taking treatment for doafness of Dr. L. R. Taylor.
