Miller was engaged in mowing hay, and had cautioned his children against running through tho clover in front of tho mower. Later in tho day his 3-year-old child playfully attempted to run in front of tho Imachlne, when it was caught by tho knife, and both legs were instantly sovcrcd from tho body.
