the payment of a certain promissory note
with coupons attached, dated September
9, 1889, for the sum of $900.00 and due
and payable on the 1st day of Septeror
ber, 1891; that there is now due upon
said note and mortgage the sum of
2927.00, with interest at 10 per cent
from September 1, 1893; the further sum
of 827.00 with interest at 10 per cent
from March 1, 1891; the further sum of

in the forenoon or as soon thereafter as

rict Court of Lancaster County, Nebr
aska, for the appointment of a Receiver
of the property upon which the mort
gage is sought to )e foreclosed in the
above entitled action, for the reason
that the said property is probably in
sufficient to pay said indebtedness again

heard at the Court house in said county

ing of and general dealing in grain, the
buying, selling, owning, leasing and
operation of elevators, cribs and other
property, machinery and appliances
necessary or proper to ue owned, occu
pied or used in and about the handling
of grain, and buying selling, owning, and

The time of the commencement of said

indebtedness or liability to which said
corporation can at any time subject it
self is $90,000. The affairs of said incor
poration are to be c.':nis cted by a board
of four directors, who are required to

a president, and may also choose a vice
president. And they are also required
to appoint a secretary and treasurer,
which two last named offices may bo
conferred upon the same person ;and the
president is to be also general manager
of the corporation.
The articles of incorporation of said
association were adopted on the 25th
day of September, 1891, and were filed
in the office of the clerk of Lancaster
County, Nebraska, on the 26th day of
