Whereas under nrd by virtue of an
execution Issued out of the abovo
nr.med Court, In tho above entitled
suit, on the 1 3th dry of May, 1919.
In pursuance of a judgment, decree
and order of sale rendered and en
tered in said Court, on said 13th day
of May, in a foreclosure suit where
in the plaintiff, W. W. Seymour, re
covered judgment ngr.lnst the defend
ant. Clatskanie Light & Power Com
pany, for the sura of $12,016.04,
principal and interest, for $250 at
torney's fee, and $16.60 costs and
accruing costs, I ?.m commanded to
make sale of the following described
real and personal property, as one
parcel. In the maunor provided by
law; said property being located In
said county of Columbia, to-wit:
1st. That certain Indenture of
lease dated February 26, 1918. by
and between Nancy A. Tlchenor and
W. K. Tlchenor, parties of the first
part, and F. C. Barton, party of the
second part, therein for the follow
ing described premises situate in
Columbia County, State of Oregon,
towit:
Beginning at a point In the center
Clatskanie to Marshland, Columbia
county, state or uregon, which
point of beginning is the most north
erly point of that certain three and
thirty one hundredths (3.31) acre
tract of land heretofore deeded by
lessors herein to Silve and J. T.
uranam. in the north half of the E.
O. Bryant D. L. C. in Township 7
North of Range 4 West of tho Wil
lamette Meridian; running from
thence south 60 desrees 31 minutes
E. tracing the northeasterly side line
of said Graham tract of land, one
nunarea (loo) feet, more or less, to
a point in the center of Fall Creek;
thence northeasterly tracing the cen
ter line of said Fall Creek, one hun
dred (100) feet to a point; thence
north 60 degrees 31 minutes W,
parallel with said northeasterly side
line of said Graham tract of land ono
hundred (100) feet, more or less to
the center of said County road; and
thence southerly tracing the centei

titled "An Ordinance Granting to P.
R. Reibolilt, his Heirs and Assigns,
the Right and Privilege to Erect in,
over and upon Streets, Parks and
other Public Grounds and Property
of the City of Clatskanie, Oregon,
Poles and Wires for the Transmis
sion of Currents of Electricity for all
Purposes for which Electric Current
May bo Used, or fof Which the Same
May ba Accepted, and to Place and
Instal In Connection There-vith all
Manner of Electrical Apparatus, De
vices, Machinery and Fixtures and
Transmit Electrical Currents in, up
on and by means thereof, for All
Purposes for which the Same May be
Adapted; and to Conduct and Carry
on the Business of Generating, Sell
ing and Furnishing for Hire, Light
and Power for All Purposes, and also
the Business of Transmitting and Re
ceiving Telephone Messagos, in th
City of Clatskanie, Oregon, and All
Other Business for which Electrical
Currents or Electrical Power May be
Adapted, or for Which the Same May

proved by the Mayor of the said City
of Clatskanie on the 18th day of Feb
ruary, 190S, said ordinance being'
entitled as follows: "Authorizing1
the Erection and Maintaining the!

tric Wires and the Operation of a
Complete Light and Power System in !

which Bald rights, franchises and
privileges were by the said A. B.

and power plant and the name andj

tion of the same, situated In the City j
of Clatskanie, Columbia County, Ore
gon, now owned and operated by the'
Clatskanie Light and Power Com-1
pany, together with all the machinery
flumes, boilers, engines, poles, fix-1
tures, transformers, wires and all

purtenances of whatever kind and
nature used for or In connection with
tho said plant, and all other property
of said Company which It now 1ms or

Now, Therefore, Notlco Is hereby
given that on the 14th day of June.
1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoou
of said day, at the front door of the
Court House, In St. Helens. Colum
bia County, Oregon, I will. In obedi
ence to said execution, decree and
crder of sale. Bell at pulillc auction
(subject to redemption) In one par
cel, to the highest bidder for cash,
all the right, title and Interest which
the above named defendant has, or
had on the 10th day of October.
1916, the date of the said mortagage
upon said real and personal property,
to satisfy said execution. Judgment,
attorney's fee and accurlng intorest
end costs.
