Bo it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That tile assessment list made by the City Treasurer as correct ed, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly nppointed by the City Council for that purpose, of the prop er! v in Lots 1, G, 7 and 8, Block 25; 1, 2, 8, 4, 5 and G, Block 13, 1, 2, 3 and 4. Block 24, all In Plat "A." Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the west side of Second West Street between Sixth South and Seventh South Streets, and on the east side of Second West Street between Seventh South and Eighth South Streets, on the north side of Eighth South Street between First West and Second West Streets, and on both sides of Seventh South Street between First West ano Second West Streets, in Sower District No. 2, of alt Lake City, for the purposo of constructing sewers upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned In said completed lists uro hereby confirmed.
