H Having secured additional water rights and applied for a segregation of adjoining lands under the Carey Act, which will H be opened for settlement at a later date, the company has deemed it advisable to dispose of all private lands under Carey Act W' rules to avoid confusion. The Carey Act rules require residence on the land in order to perfect title and prohibits a married H woman from filing on the land. We make exceptions to those two requirements. Residence will not be required and married H women can make application for the land owned by the company. Land and perpetual water right will be sold at $60.00 per H acre; $5.00 per acre to accompany the application for the first payment. Deferred payments will bear six per cent interest, H dates of payments to be made as follows: H 2nd payment April, 1912, at which time $2.00 per acre will be 6th payment April, 1916, $3.00 with interest. K Every farm in this tract is so fertile and the conditions of sunshine and water supply are such that the entire purchase IHj price may be earned with the crops of one or two seasons. Planted to onions, or devoted to growing onion seed, a few acres will H earn enough to make the pull payment on the entire farm. Sugar beets, alfalfa and potatoes are other crops from which large H returns may be realized at once. We mention these to show the immense value of these lands. They arc positively unexcelled H by any desert lands ever offered in the Rocky Mountain region and in less than five years from no.w they undoubtedly will be H worth at least 100 per cent more than the original entry price. Irrigated lands less favorably situated and under smaller H j systems of irrigation in Utah are today worth from $150 to $250 an acre, with only ordinary improvements. H In order to purchase lots in the townsitc or acreage tracts, it will be necessary to register either in peison or by power H of attorney and make a deposit of $50.00 before the drawing takes place. Each registration entitles the applicant to the selec- ' H tion of two adjoining business or residence lots or two acreage tracts.
