The formal opening will take place some time later in the ''H m month. The great, beautiful structure at Main and South Temple streets is receiving the final touches of the artisans and decorators, and ! H II carload after carload of magnificent furnishings are being installed. Every assurance has been given that the building will be in abso- M V lute readiness before the date set for the opening. H i The latter event will mark a distinct epoch in Salt Lake's growth and development. Conditions here have long warranted the i erection of just such a hotel as the Utah. That the men who are financially responsible for its erection have pushed the structure to com- MM , pletion so rapidly and with such thoroughness entitles them to the gratitude of the entire city and state. H The Utah is easily one of the ten finest hotels in the United States, and General Manager George O. Relf, of the operating com- pany, has exerted every endeavor to secure a house staff that will rank with the best in the country. H ' The opening of the hotel will be the chief event of the early summer, and plans are already afoot that will make the occasion :D memorable in many ways.
