Notice is hereby given that a special stockholders meeting of the stockhold ers of the Cobrita-Verde Copper Com pany of Jerome, Arizona, is hereby called to be held at the office of Wm. M. McCrea, 410 Utah Savings & Trust Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, on the 21st day of January, A. D. 1918, at 10 o'clock a. m. of said day, and said meeting is called for the purpose of considering the folio-wing proposals for amendments to the Articles of Incorpo ration of said Company: 1. To amend Article One of said Articles of Incorporation so as to change the name of said corporation from the Cobrita-Verde Copper Com pany of Jerome, Arizona, to the Cobrita-Verde Copper Company. 2. To amend Article Five of the Articles of Incorporation so as to in crease the capital stock of said corpo ration from 1,000,000 shares of the par I value of One Dollar per shape to the I amount of 2,500,000 shares of the par I value of One Dollar per share. I 3. To amend Article Seven of said 1 Articles of Incorporation, which now provides for three directors, bo that the same will provide that there shall not bo less than three nor more than seven directors, the number to be de termined from time to time by resolu tion of the Board of Directors. 4. To amend Article Ten of the Articles of Incorporation so that the same shall provide that a majority of the Board of Directors shall at all times be necessary to form a quorum and transact the business of the corpo ration. ! At said meeting the directors and officers of the corporation for the ensu ing year will be elected, and such other business as may lawfully come before said meeting will be transacted.
