ment of one-fourth cent per share, be

fice, 609 Newhouse building, Salt Lake
v City, Utah.
Any stock upon which this assess
ment may remain unpaid on Thursday,
the 6th day of February, 1919, will be
delinquent and advertised for sale at
public auction and unless payment is
made before will be sold on Thursday,
the 27th day of February, 1919, at 2
o'clock p. m. of said day, at the office
of the company to pay the amount of
the assessment thereon, together with
the costs of advertising and the ex
