An Ordinance calling a Specia Election of the regular voters of the City of Alliance, Nebraska, and pro dding for the submission thereat of the quest-on "Shall the City Manager Plan of Government as provided in Chapter 208, Laws of Nebraska, 1917, be adopted?", . .. WHEREAS, Electors of the City of Alliance, Nebraska, equal in number to more than twenty per cent of those who voted at the last regular City Election in said city have filed a petition with the City Clerk of said city asking that the question of organ ising the city under the plan of gov ernment provided in Chapter 208, Laws of Nebraska, 1917, be submitted to the electors of such city. " Now, Therefore, Be it Ordained by the Mayor, and Council of the City of Alliance,, Nebraska: - I Section L That a special election of the regular voters of the City of Alliance be, and the same is hereby called for, and will be held on Tues day, the 4th day of January, 1921, in the respective wards of the said city, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p. m. of said day. "Section 2. That the following places are hereby named as the polling places for said election: For the First Ward, Basement of Central School Building, 715 Box Butte Avenue.
