present and Messrs. Sebastian, Bare,
Maloney, Rush, Romlgh, Salisbury
and Shuman gave their views. The
(Council was unanimous In approving
the change. While the. Chief of Police
has power to make such a. regulation
he d.'d not care to take tho responsi
bility until tho Council had acted. It
is understood that certain restrictions
will ho necessary and theso will bo
announced as soon as formulated.
