Notice is hereby given, that the co partnership heretofore existing under the firm name of Colborn & Somerville, doing a butcheriug business and con ducting a hotel in Owyhee county, Idaho, has beeu dissolved by mutual couseut. David Somerville will con tinue the said butcher business and as sumes all the liabilities appertaining to said busiuess and is authorized to collect all outstanding dues and ac counts. Forfeiture Notice. Silver City, Idaho, February 26, 1904. TO WILSON E. GRIFFITHS:— You are hereby notified that I have expended during the year 1903, $100.00 in labor and im provements on each of the following described mining claims situated in Carson mining dis trict, Ow hee county, Idaho, to-wit: The Square Deal mining claim, notice of location of which is recorded in Book 8 of Mining Claims at pages 211 and 212 of the records of said Ow- county; the Gold Nugget mining claim, no tice of location of which is recorded in Book 9 of Mining Claims, at page 21 of the records oi said Owyhee county; also the Venus mining claim, notice of location is recorded in Book 8 of Mining Claims, at page 27 of the records of said Owyhee county. That said expenditure was de by me in order to hold eacn of said claims under tne provisions of Section. 2324 of the Re vised,8tatutes of the United States and the amendments thereto concerning annual labor upon mining claims, being the amount requir ed to hold the same for the period ending on the 31st day of December; A.
