The Woes of « Country Publisher. , A Western editor has received the following unique letter: Send me a few copies of the papers that have the obituary and verses about the death of my child a week or so ago. You will publish the inclosed clipping about my niece's marriage. I also wish you would mention In your local columns, if it don't cost me, that I have a few bull calves to sell. Send me two extra copies this week, but my time is out and you can stop my paper, as times is too herd to waste money on newspapers." v : It looks more and more as though the people of the Third Judicial district will have to dis pense with the services of Judge Stewart after the first of next January. It seems kind of tough to turn off a faithful servant who has served satisfactorily for a long term of years, but it will .undoubtedly have to be done. The judge is not to blame for this probable action. The people of the state have noted what an except ionally able judge the third district has, and they are jealous. They are now demanding that he be elevated to the supreme court bench, and the demand is so imperative that we of the third district will not be able to head it off. However, if worse comes to worse, Judge Stewart can bank on an almost solid vote from his district, irrespec tive of party lines, should he be forced to accept the nomination for the supreme bench. Andsuch a noiri'mation would hurt "pretty good."— Weiser World. An unknown writer offers the following good advice. "If your neighbor is prosperous, let him prosper. Don't grunt, growl or grumble. Say a good word for him. Your turn will come. If you see the town is moving along nicely, feel good about it. Help things along, shove a little. Try to get some of the benefit your self. Don't stand around like a cadaver. Don't wasteyonr time feeling sore because some fellow has a little more sense than you have. Do a little hustling your self." Jfotice of Dissolution of Partnership.
