NOTICE OF ELECTION. Notice is hereby given by the Com mon Council of the Town of Seward, Alaska, that pursuant to and in con formity with existing law, the annual i general municipal election will be held in said Seward on the 7th day of April, 1914, at which election the qualified voters of said town will, by ballot, declare their choice for seven councilmen and for one member of the school board, for the ensuing year. That at such election, by the laws of the Territory of Alaska, the franchise is extended to women. That tlie town hall, in the rear of Fourth avenue, in said Seward, is here by designated the polling place for said town; that, as by law so provided, said polling place will he open between | the hours of eight o'clock ante-inerid ian and seven o'clock post-meridian of said seventh day of April.
