Marcher-Metzner, deceased, (her homplace) located near the City of Roanoke Rapids North Carolina, offer for re-sale at public auction to the highest bid der or bidders for cash the follow ing described real property, to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate m Roanoke Rapids Township, Hali fax County, North Carolina lying and being on both sides of the Roa noke Rapids-Thelma road and bounded on the North by the Sea board Air Line Railway Company right-of-way; on the East by the Mrs. Winnie Simmons property, a 4 25 acre tract known as Tract No. 21 of the Marcher property and the W. G. Clary property; on the South by Chockoyotte Creek; and °nthe West by the property of Troy Hol oman; said tract containing 102.75 acres, more or less, and being cut up into smaller tracts known as Tracts Nos. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 on that certain map of the es tate of Mrs. Lucile E. There is excluded and excepted from the above description an one-half (%) acre church lot located on Tract No. 18 and the cemetery located on Tract No. 16.
