Rawls and Tom S Brown of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina under the firm name of Roanoke Furniture Exchange Com pany and Rawls Furniture Com pany was dissolved on the 20th day of October, 1942, in accordance with an agreement between said part ners and in accordance with a judgment of the Superior Court of Halifax County entitled, “Tom S. Brown vs. Gordon R. Rawls.” All debts owing to said partner ship are to be received by Tom S. Brown and all demands on said partnership are to be presented to the said Tom S. Brown. Tom S.
