Japan will be included among the nntion{; invited, o Kellogg Instructed " Washington, June 25.—Ambas sador Kellogg, at London, was in structed today to attend the forth coming premier’s conference to dis cuss execution of the Dawes plan. His appointment was announced in a white house statement which said that Mr. Kellogg would attend the canference “for the purpose of dealing with such matters as effect the interests of the United, States and otherwise for the purpose of in formation. This action was determined upon after the state department had been advised by the ambassador that an invitation for the United States to participate had been handed tc¢ the American embagsy in London. The white house statements delared that iit- was ‘“the desire of the adminis tration that the Dawes plan should be put.into effect as speedily as pos sible.” -Col. James A. Logan, who has been American observer with the reparations commission at Paris, will amwo go to London to assist the am bassador at the conference. I e i i ACCIDENT VICTIM IS FOUND Sylvester, Ga., June 25.—H. M. Shultz, whose Ford couple tumed over near Sylvester Tuesday after noon, was located in Albany last night. He was considerably bruised but able to walk. Shultz stated that his front tire blew out which caused the car to turn over and the door handle went through his left “hand and into the asphalt pavement causing great loss of blood. J. O. McWhorter, of Albany, picked him up and carried him to Albany.
