Missionaries ,Miss Marie Buthorst now Missionary to Tzechow, China and Miss.Faith Hunt Missionary to Nanchang, China, was present and gave splendid tilks on the Mission work that is being done at their stations. Dr. Kohlsted of Chi cagogtve a talk, he reported that $200,000,000 was given by mis sionary workers last year Dr. 8chermurhorn Pres. of Dakota W«»leyan U., gave a 4ne talk on India, where he and his wife la bored as missionaries. That a Special Election be held in the said city of Milbank by «aid city for the purpose aforesaid and the polls shall be open from eight o'clock in the forenoon until five o'clock in the afternoon of said day and that ten days previous notice thereof shall be given in the newspa per as provided by law, and that said notice shall be published in both of the official newspapers of said city for the said period of time. Section 4. That the following notice of said election shall be given: NOTICE OF ELECTION "Notice of Special Election to the electors of the city of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota: Notice is hereby given thai a Spec ial Election for the city of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will be held on Monday the 27th day of June, 1921, at the following polling places which have been designated: First Ward: F. If a majority of the votes cast by the ^lectors voting at such election are "cast in favor of said proposition the proper authorities of said city will comply with the laws with reference to the issuance of said bonds.
