The skipt was in three, flounces, cut long in front and short in back, except the under bne, which of course liad to be the reverse' to make it hang evenly. The blouse was cut in a in the back and high in the front, out lined by a standing frill of not. Sim ilar frills edged the long-shouldered arm holes, and the sleeves of net wore made very lull.
