Whereas, An .order has been issued
out of the district court of the 4th judi
cial district, granting temporary ali
mony to Lena Bauman for her support
until linal determination of action for

Bauman and one John Bauman and,
Whereas, said John Bauman has and
does resist the enforcement of said
order, and the said Lena Bauman has
thereby and because thereof become,
and is a county charge, and is now a
pauper in Turner county Dakota, there
fore, be it
Resolved, That the sheriff of said
Turner county be, and is hereby autho
rized by the board of eountv commis
sioners to enlorce said order, by taking
in charge the property therein described
and market the same to the best ad
vantage, possible, and make return of
the proceeds with his doings to this
board.
