Notice Is hereby given that by virtue of a
special execution Issued out of said court, in the.
above entitled action upon a Judgment and de
cree of foreclosure of a pertain mechanic's lien
mentioned in said decree and the order of sale
in said decree, ordering and decreeing the real
property hereinafter mentioned to be sold,
which decree bears date the 22nd day of May.

Co., J. H. Queal & Co. aiul Henry VV. Mills to
have valtd and subsisting liens upon the here
