Jess Bradberry passed through town last week on his way to Hurley for a visit with relatives. The Noble Theatre Co. showed to two very good audiences in Danforth's hall Friday and Saturday nights. The company has made Parker every win ter for a number of years and has a reputation which insures them a good house as often as they come, Quincy Lee Morrow, the state Tem perance Evangelist, sjpokein the Pres byterian church Tuesday evening on the temperance question. Mr. Mor row Is a forceful speaker who has ar guments on his side of the question to meet and overthrow any the oppo site side can advance. Frank Hannum and wife were in the city Wednesday, visiting and transact ing business. •The March primaries are over and it has been fully demonstrated that Crawford has supporters in the county and state. The people have shown by their votes that they could not be pull ed into believing that Crawford and the state adminisiration is responsible for the high taxes caused by addition al levies for twine plant, bridges, school purposes, township taxes, city taxes, etc. In Parker the vote wan 142 for Crawford delegates to 68 for Kit tredge, and in Parker township the vote was 49 for Crawford and 19 for Kittredge.
