PROPOSED PAVING RESOLUTION A. Be it Resolved by the Board of Com missioners of the City of Water-j1913. town, South Dakota: 1. That it is necessary to pave with Cement Concrete, (with the ex ception of the portion between the rails and for eighteen (18) inches on both sides thereof all railroad tracks included within the streets and aven ues hereinafter named, which shall be of brick) to the established grade as shown by profile sheets and specifi cations on file in the office of the city engineer of the City of Watertown, and otherwise improve Maple street from the South line of Second Aven ue North to the North line of First Avenue North, in the city of Water town, in front of and abutting upon the following lots, tracts and parcels of land, to-wit: Lot 14 block 81, Third Railway Ad dition Lots 4, 5 and 6, block 79, 3rd Railway Addition right of way and depot grounds of Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway right of way and depot grounds of Minneapolis & St. Louis Railway right of way and depot grounds of Chicago & North Western Railway warehouse lots 15 and 16, Watertown. 2.
