1913, and the city enginwer's estimate
of the amount to be assessed for each
lot or carc-el of land abutting or
abounding upon said improvements
having been approved by resolution
of the Board of Commissioners adopt
ed June 30th, 191a, a copy of which
resolution is hereto attached.
