The said action is brought to obtain a decree
of this court for the foreclosure of a certain
mortgage described in said complaint, execut
ed by said K. W. Ishain, Trustee, on the 19th !
day of Junuary A. D. 1912, to secure the pay
ment of two promissory notes of even date
there with, in the sum of f7.b00.00. described
therein; that the premises conveyed by said
mortgage. to*wlt: six mining claims, the same
being thoso certain quart* mining claims
known as Utica. Fraction, .Sunrise, Texas.
Stewart a .d Oio. bolng six full mining claims,
contiguous, each six hundred (600) feet wide
by fifteen hundred (1500) feet long, located <*n
the western shore of Resurrection Bay and
about six hundred (600) feet west of Seward
Dock of the Town of Seward, Alaska, in Konni
Precinct. Territory of Alaska, may Ik* sold, and
the proceeds may l»e applied to the payment
of said notes, and in case such proceeds are
not sufficient to pay the same, then to ouUin
