Usually it isfan older person who has the time to give and who already has, with the years, accruec the wisdom and experience with which to serve others. Right here In Valdosta, Georgia, we are truly proud of our own Fayge Siskind, the young and lovely daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A1 Siskind, who gives of herself and time so graciously and freely. Faye, who is hardly out of her teens herself, is as en thusiastic about the group she leads as the children themselves. Were it not for Faye our Youth of Zion could not have attended the Conclave at Daytona Beach this winter. Faye not only escort ed them there—but stayed to in spire them as well. It is really difficult to record accurately all that Faye does, as she is one of those very rare per sons who does so very much but doesn’t say anything about it. Recently, the Jewish War Veter ans here assumed the financial obligation of sponsoring a scholar ship to Camp Tel Yehuda. It was Faye who conceived of the idea of having one of our organiza tions sponsor said scholarship. We know that Faye will be leaving us after her graduation next month and we cannot help feeling "blue," but at the same time we are happy that Faye, wherever she will go, will do Valdosta proud when she will say, "I come from Valdosta."
